What ingredients are in the lemon cakes?

Regular: Organic all-purpose flour, organic extra-virgin olive oil, Himalayan sea salt, baking powder, oat milk, organic fresh squeezed lemons, lemon zest, minimal organic brown sugar or agave syrup.

Where are ingredients sourced?

Committed to quality ingredients, ingredients are sourced throughout Los Angeles from local markets with organic options where possible.

What are pick-up and delivery options?

Pick-up is available in West Los Angeles and surrounding areas. At the moment, delivery options aren’t available - hopefully soon though!

Are there shipping options available?

There are no shipping options available at the moment. Hoping one day all of you can try a Sofi’s Kitchen lemon cake!

What is the return policy?

All sales are final. There are no cancellations, returns, or exchanges of any kind. Orders are non-refundable as each lemon cake is made when ordered is placed.

How long is the lemon cake good for?

Recommended to eat the same day, but the loaf will last up to 3 days.

Should I refrigerate my lemon cake?

If you didn’t eat it all the same day you picked up 😊 then yes, refrigerate the cake then warm it up when ready to eat. The cake will last refrigerated 2 to 3 more days from date it was baked.

How are lemon cakes packaged?

Aiming to be as eco-friendly as possible, lemon cakes are packaged in biodegradable boxes with recyclable napkins.
